Greetings, I am Dr. Seleena Smith. I recently made the decision to pivot from offering therapy to life coaching in an effort to have a greater impact on and more access to historically oppressed and underserved populations, more autonomy, and true freedom in my life. This shift led to the creation of REAL Liberation Coaching and Consultation Services (Restore, Empower, Align, and Love) and I am focused on helping my community heal. I strive to help high functioning clients find liberation and joy in their lives in a discrete, nonjudgmental, and safe space, while also helping them to reach their personal and professional goals.

As a depth counselor, whose practice is based in Carl Jung’s psychoanalytic therapy, I assist clients who need deep healing from grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, and other wounds to find wholeness in Self and relationships again.
