My clients want to live richer, more emotionally balanced lives and have more fulfilling relationships. They are curious about their lives: "Is this all there is?" or "How did I get into this mess?" My clients soon realize that "going it alone in silence" is depressing and not hopeful. They see me as a trusted friend who cares about them. I see people just like you--healing from loss and grief due to the endings of relationships. I counsel parents who have relationship issues with their adult children. I help persons when their religion/spirituality seems to have ended. I help couples repair and rekindle their relationship.
Depression and anxiety are experiences that we all have to learn how to manage sometime within our lifetime. For some, they are chronic, life-long struggles. I help persons see the uniqueness of their particular anxiety and/or depression and help them manage their lives better. "One size" does not fit all forms of depression or anxiety.
