This would be a evening group from 6pm to 7PM . It would be held once or twice a month (that's to be determined depends on demand. ) It would cover issues and topics like Social anxiety Life stress Relationship issues Self care / coping skills And more.. The format is open discussion via zoom. This group is therapeutic support in addition to individual counseling. It also can serve as therapy if your not able to get individual sessions at this time .It is covered by Insurance.
