Our Therapeutic Relationship will empower diverse individuals, families, and groups to accomplish your individual mental health, wellness, education, and/or career goals. We will work with potential patients on strategies to overcome obstacles and personal challenges that you are facing, no matter the area of your life. I provide a safe and non-judgmental space for us to work on your therapeutic goals to get you feeling better and becoming the best version of yourself. I have been working in the mental health and community behavioral health fields since 2014. I became a therapist because I love to help others and I find it to be a great privilege to be a part of someone's journey to healing.

I believe that healing is a process we all undertake in our own unique way. At its core, my responsibility as your counselor is to help guide you through that process and to illustrate the importance of holding space, validating and allowing you to fully feel, process and understand needs, traumas and emotions.
