I have robust experience and enjoy working with individuals who identify as LGBTQIA+, experience substance use addiction, poly/kink populations, young adults, and those who experience depression, anxiety, and (C)PTSD. I provide empowerment and evidence-based counseling services in person or online to a diverse caseload of adults and adolescents. I use a combination of approaches including Gender Affirming Care, CBT, EMDR, DBT techniques, Strength’s Based Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
I believe wholeheartedly in the power of collaboration within the therapeutic relationship. I enjoy focusing on client-centered services with an emphasis on empowerment, solidarity, and compassionate understanding. More than anything, I enjoy working with individuals of all cultures, races, ages, spiritualities, sexual orientations, and genders.
