Beginning therapy takes an acknowledgement that we want something to change. It takes courage and commitment but can be rewarding and life changing. I commit 100% to your therapy and will use different techniques to help you find what you are looking for. I believe that everyone can feel better about themselves and their relationships. Everyone, no matter how old, can make changes that bring them happiness and fulfillment. The hardest part is the first call or email because it is a commitment to change. No one ever regrets making that commitment to their mental health. The only person you can change is yourself.
I am a cancer survivor and also a former caregiver . At this time, I am doing Zoom calls instead of house calls . You can check with your insurance company to make sure they cover Telehealth visits. I am licensed in New York only for clients who reside in New York state.
