With caring support and encouragement individuals can regain perspective, recognize and use their strengths, and grow further in their ability to manage symptoms and life stressors allowing them to overcome barriers to their wellness. Having 35 years of experience in the mental health field, I've dealt with a variety of issues primarily in the areas related to depression, anxiety, trauma/abuse, emotional regulation and grief/loss.

So often we need a therapist who can mold and work with us and our current needs to really create a meaningful and lasting change. I am hoping this is where I can help! I have 17 years of experience working within the field of human services in a range of many areas and in several different capacities. Therapeutic methods are combined to support individuals and/or their families to be able to meet the goals that they have when traditional methods may not be right.
