I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist and have been practicing Central New York for 20 years. I tailor therapy to each person emphasizing insight, understanding, changing thinking and altering behavior for life improvement. I work with adults dealing with: stress, life changes, loss, anxiety, worry, panic, depression, trauma, crisis events, relationship issues, challenging life decisions. I mainly conduct sessions in person. Telehealth is determined on an individual basis with existing clients. Intake appointments (three sessions) are done in person. I also use a psychoeducational approach to support individuals as they learn healthier methods to cope with various life stressors.
