I specialize in working with children, teens, young adults, and parents, but I can help any individual who wants help with anxiety, trauma, depression, family conflict, or simply balancing life's stressors. My role, is helping identify those past struggles and traumas that have impacted your life. By doing so, new patterns can be learned, and new goals achieved. I utilize the latest in trauma-informed approaches and mindfulness techniques to facilitate healing and resilience such as Polyvagal Theory, and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction. I am currently pursuing a Doctoral Degree in Psychology and I have a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, I am a Clinical Professional Counselor Intern with a focus on trauma-informed therapy. My experience as a father, including going through a divorce and raising children, enhances my approach.

I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, and substance abuse counseling. I have been in practice for more than 15 years. Through those years, I have helped hundreds of clients improve. I am certified in EMDR (an evidence based approach for trauma) and have specialized training in several advanced EMDR uses, including ones for trauma, pain, anxiety/panic/OCD/phobias, attachment injuries, complex trauma, substance abuse, and more. I am also trained in Brainspotting and Clinical Hypnosis (both heavily researched modalities for great results). I am a clinical supervisor for state intern therapists and supervisors in training.
