Hello, my name is Violet. I work with individuals, couples and families who may be struggling with something that they need to change, or who just need to engage in thinking differently about a problem. I am not here to judge anyone, I practice from the perspective that we all deal with things the best that we can, and when we learn better strategies, we do better. At the core of my therapeutic approach is empathy and compassion. I believe in creating a safe and non-judgmental space for my clients, where they can freely express themselves and explore their thoughts and emotions. Each individual is unique, and I tailor my therapeutic methods to suit the needs and preferences of each client, ensuring they feel heard, understood, and respected.

Therapists at our Telshor Behavioral Health Center provide individual and family therapy for children and adults.   We specialize in family and couple issues and child play therapy.  For those who would rather participate from home, Hippa-compliant teletherapy is provided via live video from experienced therapists.   Whatever type of therapy you are looking for, our seasoned therapists are here to help.
