I'm Zayna, originally from Arkansas and currently residing in New Jersey. I've served as an outpatient counselor for 9 years, specializing in trauma therapy. I earned my Masters degree in Mental Health Counseling from Southern Arkansas University. While I address a range of diagnoses, my true passion lies in trauma-focused treatment. I've undergone training and certification in three distinct trauma techniques, including EMDR. In therapy, I strive to empower my clients to take control of their emotions. I customize my approach to each individual, recognizing that no two people are alike.

I'm Dinelle Polchinski and I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in NJ. I am trained in individual, couples, and structural family therapy. I have extensive experience working with depression, anxiety, severe and persistent mental illness, grief and trauma focused therapy. While my style can be described as eclectic, my sessions with individuals are primarily person-centered, interpersonal and supportive. I incorporate techniques from Motivational Interviewing, CBT, DBT, mindfulness and self-compassion. I am trained in grief support, trauma therapy and I'm a certified ADHD professional.

I'm often asked, "When is it time to see a therapist?" I don't know anyone who can say everything in their life is going well all of the time. We all have challenges from time to time, but you don't have to go through them alone. Laura’s experience has primarily focused on adults with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health diagnoses. She has observed more similarities than differences between substance use and mental health conditions. Laura did not find counseling as a career – counseling found her. She believes it is a privilege to work in a field that helps clients grow, flourish and reach their goals. Laura works with clients in a variety of situations and diagnoses. This includes but is not limited to anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, co-occurring diagnoses, substance use, chronic pain, and relationship issues.

Tamara Leah Sauer-Diner is an experienced therapist licensed in both NJ and California. Tamara tailors her approach to best suit the client and their needs and draws from a variety of evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, Exposure Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy. Tamara has experience with crisis management, trauma, anxiety, eating disorders, depression, body image and relationship issues. Tamara obtained her master’s degree in Marriage And Family Therapy from Touro University Worldwide with Summa Cum Laude. Tamara accepts insurance.

Most of the work I do is with people struggling with the impact of trauma, including destructive behaviors and conflicted relationships. As a trauma survivor, I know how difficult it can be to rebuild your life and to learn to trust yourself and others. I am committed to helping my clients identify the sources of their pain, learn to tolerate those emotions, and develop new ways to cope and to live.

I work with clients looking to overcome and sustain changes in life. I've spent nearly four decades learning and teaching at the former St. Vincent’s Hospital dept. of Psychiatry in Manhattan’s West Village treating children, adolescents and adults. The issues: family crises; trauma; learning disabilities, attention deficit disorder, asperger's syndrome; mood instability and the paralyzing effects of anxiety/panic. It takes grit, patience; the right educational space and faith in growth. I coach clients into enriching and sustainable university and graduate school placements and writers into a safe free creative space.
