She holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from Howard University as well as an MBA from Seton Hall University.

Freshstart Referral Systems is a 501C3 faith-based non-profit organization that provides education & mentoring to individuals with life controlling issues, such as substance abuse/co-occurring disorders and or a history of incarceration. We provide individual/group support, we refer individuals to the appropriate treatment centers for help (Detoxification units, outpatient care, long-term inpatient treatment)… so that they may get a “FRESH START” again in life. FSRS also provides alcohol, tobacco, and other drug education for schools, churches and other organizations in the New Jersey and New York area.

If you've experienced childhood trauma, Dr. Spriggs would be delighted to work with you to unpack and rebuild. Dr. Sharron Spriggs is a licensed clinical psychologist. With a firm belief in the interconnectedness of current symptoms and early childhood experiences, Dr. Spriggs guides her patients to comprehend the underlying factors shaping their thoughts, feelings, and understanding of their current situations.
