Our team of talented and experienced therapists customize treatment plans based each client's needs. Our newly decorated office provides a welcoming and comfortable environment. We use Virtual Reality (VR), yoga, play therapy, and mindfulness techniques to enhance treatments. We measure our results to help our clients get the most out of each session. I have experience treating a variety of clients from young children, teens, parents, and grandparents. The earlier these skills are cultivated within the child or adolescent, the greater the opportunities to practice and utilize them to their benefit.

Michael D. Zito, Ph.D. is a New Jersey Licensed Psychologist #3599 and owner of Morristown Clinical and Sport Psychology with offices in Morristown and Watchung. In his clinical practice, he provides individual, marital, family and group therapy and assessments to children, adolescents and adults. In his work with children and adolescents, he utilizes a comprehensive approach by also providing parenting strategies to support his therapy work. Dr. Zito's therapeutic intervention reflects an eclectic and strategic (research supported) blend of cognitive behavioral, family systems, positive psychology and psychodynamic perspectives along with an understanding of biological contributions.

Our practice specializes in neuropsychological and psychological assessment for learning disabilities, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, traumatic brain injury and medical legal and forensic assessment, including child custody, fitness for duty and psychological and neuropsychological damages evaluations. We also specialize in treatment of PTSD, anxiety, dissociative disorders and traumatic brain injury. As well as testing we do psychotherapy, biofeedback, neurofeedback, EMDR, cognitive rehabilitation, and medical referral as appropriate and as needed.
