Hello! I’m so glad you’re here. I am an OCD specialist who also works with people experiencing BFRBs (skin picking & hair pulling), anxiety, and trauma. I am a licensed Psychotherapist in the states of New Jersey and New York and have been providing psychotherapy services for 25+ years. I am also a certified Clinical Telemental Health Provider and certified Integrative Mental Health Professional. One of the most rewarding aspects of my work is witnessing the progress and growth of my clients. Seeing a client make positive changes and improvements in their mental and emotional well-being is truly gratifying.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master's Degree in Clinical and Counseling Psychology from William Paterson University. I have experience working with a wide variety of clients and specialize in client's that are struggling with daily life stress, going through a life transition, and navigating difficult relationships.

I am, LPC, LCADC, ACS, BC-TMH a clinical psychotherapist with more than 19 years of experience in providing mental health services to adults, couple and families. A champion for the rights of those with mental illness, I have also served as the Director of New Jersey Mental Health Services for a few non – profit organizations, Hospital settings – ER, DETOX, Inpatient, IOP, outpatient services and have also worked with the Superior Courts of NJ advocating for the needs of children, adolescents young adults and families in crisis. The main psychotherapeutic models I use are Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and systemic therapy.
