Hi, I am Mike Osrowitz, a Licensed Professional Counselor with experience in treating various mental health issues including coping with stress, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, marital issues, and bipolar disorders. I am also a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor and have worked with clients struggling with various addictions or the family members who have been affected by their loved one’s addiction and behavioral changes. In many cases, there are issues of addiction with co-occurring mental health challenges at the same time. Talking with someone that can help navigate these issues can be extremely helpful.

Her scope of practice includes helping individuals who are suffering from mood and anxiety disorders, post traumatic stress, traumatic accidents, chronic medical conditions, dual diagnosis/addiction, and chronic psychiatric illness, as well as provides couples counseling and mediates marital discord using both a cognitive-behavioral and a family-centered approach.

I provide free substance use interventions for the addicted person and the co-dependent family, sober companionship & recovery coaching, inpatient treatment referrals if needed.

I help my clients learn concrete coping skills and effective ways to take control of their lives. The constant battle of obsessing over one's weight, the unrelenting state of panic and fear at times for no understood reason, and the feelings of shame and urges to self-destruct, don't have to be a part of your life. My name is Megan Alvarado and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I dedicated a substantial portion of my post-graduate years working in crisis management across a range of different environments. My focus has primarily been on collaborating with adolescents/young adults, and more recently, I've expanded my expertise to support parents in navigating family conflicts and addressing parent concerns. I specialize in anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, relationship conflicts, and trauma.

As a licensed clinical social worker, I've had the privilege of supporting individuals facing a wide range of challenges. I have worked primarily with teens, and young adults, assisting them in dealing with issues such as depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, self-injurious behaviors, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, trauma, relationship conflict, and many other mental health concerns.

I welcome individuals, couples, and families grappling with communication issues, identity development, cultural barriers, academic/work performance challenges, life transitions, low self-esteem, and career exploration.
