I am a Bilingual Psychotherapist (English-Spanish) graduated as a Clinical Psychologist I obtained my License as a Mental Health Counselor in New York where I have been practicing as a psychotherapist for over 20 years. I have wide experience working with the Hispanic population. I help clients with anxiety, depression, low self esteem and family issues. I am truly dedicated to providing and empathetic and non judgmental environment where your concerns are heard.

I specialize in helping clients of all ages, with a primary focus on pre-K to adolescent children. I offer virtual appointments for adults during the week and in-person sessions on weekends. My goal is to improve functioning in the home, at school, at the workplace, and in relationships. I use a brain-based approach with attachment-based, mindfulness, play, narrative, and art therapy to address barriers and promote mental wellness. In my practice, I prioritize collaboration with parents when working with children to improve overall family functioning.

Effective therapy develops goals for change. Treatment also supports establishing new ways of experiencing life, behaviors and relationships. My private practice emphasizes making change through openness and trust, and building a personal plan that suits your unique life circumstance.
