I am an LCSW RSW psychotherapist with a private practice in NYC & Toronto serving clients via Zoom, phone in Ontario and NY I tend to see a broad assortment of people, many who are suffering from depression, anxiety, stress, and difficulty coping. Ruth's experience includes working with those struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, substance abuse, trauma, parent-child relationships, crisis intervention, disordered eating, just to name a few. Ruth takes her time to look at three integral aspects of clients' lives: social relationships with friends and family, career, and love and intimacy. She provides an accepting and non-judgmental environment so that clients can express their inner thoughts regardless of what those inner thoughts may be.

A seasoned Licensed Clinical Psychotherapist, I obtained my Master's in Clinical Social Work from the prestigious Fordham University's Advanced Standing Program, specializing in therapy for couples, individuals, and young people. I further honed my expertise with a postgraduate degree from the Albert Ellis Institute.
