I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression, loss/bereavement, trauma, and autism spectrum as well as behavioral disorders. I am also certified in integrative somatic trauma therapy, trauma informed yoga, breath work, mindfulness and meditation. I provide group, individual, and family therapy at my practice.
