I'm unique because I integrate traditional approaches to therapy with energetic, spiritual, non-conventional healing methods. I believe you should feel lighter, calmer, more peaceful after each session together. My goal is to empower you to take full responsibility for how you feel today, allowing you to let go of anger, hurt and pain, and enabling you to be empowered and in control of your life. We'll practice the virtues of Compassion, Patience, Universal Love, Acceptance, Letting go of Judgement. We'll use everything from CBT and EMDR to Energy Reading and Tarrot!
