I love walking with families through challenging stages and experiences. I focus on relationship issues, infidelity, trauma, depression, anxiety, body positivity, infertility, postpartum issues, parenthood transitions, and the challenges of family life. I am a Certified Trauma Professional, trained in maternal mental health, and have a certificate in Child and Adolescent well-being. Our practice was built on the premise that therapy is not one-size-fits-all. We "click" or "don't click" with people we meet in our everyday life, and therapy is no different. We can assure you that our therapists will be genuine, provide you with empathic and professional care, create a safe environment, and will not treat issues or concerns they are not trained to treat. However, you are the only one who can decide if you truly like and trust your therapist. We have six awesome therapists to choose from but, if none of us work, we encourage you to keep looking and find your therapist!

It is important for you to know that your truth will always be accepted, so it is okay to tell it. No matter the person or circumstances, an individual can have hope to improve or recover.
