My holistic approach to psychotherapy, has allowed me to engage clients in highly effective therapy for a wide range of psychological and life adjustment concerns. My graduate and doctoral training has afforded me extensive training and experience in various evidence based modalities including CBT. To help you achieve your goals,I maintain a caring, confidential, nonjudgment therapeutic setting.

Despite having reached the pinnacle of my profession after nearly two decades of practice, it was my own struggle with learning disabilities, dual diagnosis and other medical conditions and issues, that changed my perspective and my life. I came to appreciate an approach which focuses on the here and now; solution focused and goal oriented. I found little solace in traditional therapeutic approaches which focused largely on the past, and went on for months with no real relief nor positive impact on my life or functioning. As such, I strive to help my clients achieve their goals and actualize their dreams using a coaching approach.

I bring years of experience providing counseling and assistance to adults and children with behavioral and many other issues. My professional experiences within various agencies has allotted me the opportunity to gain a vast knowledge of different systems and agencies. I earned my MA in Counseling with a specialization in Family, Marriage, and Couples Counseling from Pillar College. Additionally, I earned my undergraduate degree in English from Kean University and a Social Science degree from Brookdale Community College.
