I am a Christian Counselor with training in individual, marriage and family counseling. I am also a Licensed Temperament Therapist. My main goal is to move clients toward greater emotional and spiritual health by understanding the power and depth of God's love for them and His desire to assist them. I rely on the Holy Spirit to help my clients find forgiveness for the past, strength and comfort for the present, and hope for the future by trusting the Lord to meet needs and heal emotional wounds.

Dr. Gabriel likes working with co-occurring clients providing counseling, coaching, and advice to these populations using Person-Centered Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, CBT & DBT approaches. Most importantly, Gabriel likes to place his clients/patients first before everything, meet them where they are with patience, empathy, and non-judgment, and with good attending skills gradually walk with them to where they want to be. Gabriel always believes in the BioPsychoSocioSpiritual model, which means if everything else fails in therapy, the is a higher power, agreater ourselves that we turn to, who can bring us all to healing through prayers.

I draw on CBT methods as well as first hand knowledge of the struggles on the road to building a family. No one should go through this period of life alone and I am here to offer support and a toolkit to heal, accept, and cope. With couples, I draw on EFT and Gottman methods.
