I am currently offering Prolonged Exposure (PE) Therapy and EMDR to those affected by PTSD whether due to birth trauma or another traumatic experience - - As a mother of 2, I know, first hand, the challenges of conception, pregnancy and delivery, along with caring for a newborn and managing relationship changes that occurs with your partner. In my practice, I also implement CBT methods to instill self-understanding and encourage adopting new attitudes and feelings, and gaining insights into your life. Hilary is experienced working with child survivors of child abuse and maltreatment who have been diagnosed with PTSD, Adjustment Disorders, Attachment Disorder, and behavioral issues. She also has experience providing individual and group therapy to clients on a variety of topics and areas of concern, including, but not limited to ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Mood Disorders, Anger Management, Gender Identity, and coping with medical diagnoses.
