For over 37 years, The Hypnosis Counseling Center of New Jersey has been a full-service counseling center, using both traditional counseling methods and the art of hypnotherapy in both private and group settings, in person or on the phone. Our clientele is quite diverse; we have worked as consultants for the State of New Jersey and we have tailor-made programs for Fortune 500 corporations; we regularly hold adult education seminars, work with hospitals and fitness centers, and we meet with individuals, just like your neighbor or you, who want to better their lives.

Why struggle when help is available? I hold both a Masters of Science in Professional Counseling as well as a Masters of Arts in Educational Leadership. I have 32 years of experience in the field of education and coaching with a special interest in anxiety, social skills, personal development and sports counseling for athletes of all ages. I work with teachers, administrators, students and professionals to help with the post covid mental health challenges of our changing world. I have experience working with men's mental health, teachers, athletes, school administrators, adults, adolescents, anxiety, trauma and addiction.

I am one of the only clinicians in the country who is certified in CBT, CBT-Insomnia, and Sports Psychology/CMPC (Certified Mental Performance Consultant). As a former DI athlete, I bring a personal and professional understanding to the table. Hello, my name is Connie and I look forward to meeting you. I named my practice "A Full Life Counseling" because I strongly believe in the possibility of living a full and meaningful life, even with the ups and downs it often throws at us. I worked in high schools for 20 years, at the college level for 10, and coached high school sports for many years, so I have lots of experience with adolescents and young adults! I care deeply about helping individuals reach their fullest, most authentic potential and love walking with them on the journey. I also enjoy working with parents of anxious children.

As a licensed psychologist, I provide a wide range of therapeutic services in the central and northern New Jersey region. Though I work with individuals of all ages, my specialty is treating adolescents and young professionals, specifically those going through transition (changing schools, choosing a career, parents are going through a divorce, etc). I use an integrated approach combining Humanistic, Psychodynamic, Cognitive-Behavioral, and Solution-Focused approaches. I have been working in a private counseling setting since 2012. My counseling techniques include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, humanistic counseling and interpersonal counseling approaches. These techniques are always tailored to the clients' individual needs. Lindsey is a Licensed Associate Counselor and National Certified Counselor. She specializes in working with individuals and teams at the high school, collegiate and professional levels by providing mental skills to aid clients in reaching their optimal performance. In addition to mental performance, Lindsey treats clients with psychological disorders across the spectrum including but not limited to anxiety, depression, personality, and adjustment. In her work, Lindsey develops individualized treatment plans dependent on the specific needs of her clients.
