I love walking with families through challenging stages and experiences. I focus on relationship issues, infidelity, trauma, depression, anxiety, body positivity, infertility, postpartum issues, parenthood transitions, and the challenges of family life. I am a Certified Trauma Professional, trained in maternal mental health, and have a certificate in Child and Adolescent well-being. Our practice was built on the premise that therapy is not one-size-fits-all. We "click" or "don't click" with people we meet in our everyday life, and therapy is no different. We can assure you that our therapists will be genuine, provide you with empathic and professional care, create a safe environment, and will not treat issues or concerns they are not trained to treat. However, you are the only one who can decide if you truly like and trust your therapist. After 20+ years as a couple's therapist (28 years in the mental health industry) those that know me describe me as many things. But 10 years ago, I faced a reality that shook my foundation, caused me unspeakable sorrow, confusion and a sense of brokenness. I had to put to the test every clinical and spiritual principle in my toolbox. This is when I dove into energy work and discovered new ways to alchemize my clinical training and my personal experience into the tools and practices that I now share with my clients.

It is important for you to know that your truth will always be accepted, so it is okay to tell it. No matter the person or circumstances, an individual can have hope to improve or recover.
