Further, I offer Relationship Coaching-a proactive, future focused, goal oriented approach.
I help people heal from traumas (EMDR trained)and work to create the lives they want to live and for which they can feel proud. I also have training in Psychodrama, an experiential therapy to help individuals get to the root of their issues and find solutions to the problems with which they struggle.
