I am available to help adults and children (6 to 10) navigate through these difficult spaces and find the strength to overcome and adjust to life circumstances.
I believe in meeting a person where he or she is and providing him or her with the tools needed to begin healing and maintaining that healing. That process looks different for each person and that is why I believe in an individualized approach (i.e., using techniques such as CBT, Mindfulness, and Person-Centered) because one size does not fit all.
It takes courage to take that first step in seeking help. I want you to know that you do not have to take that journey alone. I am here and waiting to come alongside you to begin your journey towards walking in your healing.
