Throughout different times in one's life, people are presented with obstacles that may be difficult to handle by themselves. This could be a result of situations your child(ren) are experiencing, health related concerns of yourself or a loved one as well as unexpected events that can leave a person a bit bewildered and lost. It is my intention to help you and your family or loved ones face life events from an empowered, supportive place and to ensure that your specific needs are being met. We will work together and at your pace to help develop the necessary tools and strengthen both individuals and family units.
In addition to 12 years of experience working with youth and families, I am also a Certified Health and Wellness Coach. I help children and families with concerns regarding special education needs, school-related concerns, behavioral concerns and developmental disabilities. Additionally, I work with individuals facing the daily stress of chronic illness.
I believe in creating a supporting environment to help those dealing with difficult situations related to school, family stress and chronic illness. I am experienced in working with special education needs and school-related issues as well. I enjoy empowering my clients to face their concerns from a place of strength and confidence.
