I have experience in treating most severe mental illnesses. Depression and anxiety have become a focus of mine since they are so common.
As your therapist, you can expect me to be calm & non-judgmental. We will address the source of your concerns and guide you to make lasting changes. The mind and body are inseparable, so I make sure to give plenty of attention to both. We all carry some amount of pain. Together we can find realistic ways to eliminate some of that weight.
