Not currently able to accept new clients (as of February 2024). I currently provide TELEtherapy only. I am able to work with individuals of all ages with concerns related to anxiety, unhealthy coping strategies, stress management, depression, and other mood disorders. I particularly enjoy working with adolescents, young adults, and adults who are experiencing anxiety.
In my practice, I use Cognitive Behavior Therapy to help clients implement coping skills and thought-changing techniques, which improve their ability to regulate emotions, and increase success in the home, work, school, or community. We all experience negative thoughts, but we have the power to change them.
