I primarily work with adolescents & young adults to help them learn strategies to manage life's challenges with confidence. My primary goal as a therapist is to empower my clients to take ownership of their lives. Throughout high school, college, & beyond, students & young adults are embarking on life transitions while also continuing to be faced with stressors related to friends, relationships, family, academics, athletics, work, the list goes on! Sometimes it can just be helpful to have someone to talk to when navigating these phases of life.
Within my practice, I place an emphasis on establishing trust and rapport with my clients, as I truly believe in the importance of the therapeutic relationship. My clients have regularly described me as relatable, nonjudgmental, & authentic, as I often incorporate humor & sarcasm into sessions.
