As an agency we have been supporting people via online sessions, with everything that falls “outside the box”. Let's be real. Life is hard. Sometimes the feelings of not being enough, not feeling worthy, not feeling like your doing enough can get overwhelming. From teens to young adults, I work with clients to remove shame from their lives so they have the ability to cope with whatever life throws at them.

I currently work with children, adolescents and adults. My goal as a counselor is to meet each of my clients where they are and build a relationship that empowers them to move forward through whatever obstacles they are encountering in their lives. I am here to help guide and lead individuals, families and/or couples through their journey of discovery.
