I help parents to address their child's behavioral and emotional challenges through parent training. Parents will develop the skills and strategies they need to support their child's development and well-being, including positive parent-child relationships, effective parenting skills, addressing underlying issues, and improving family dynamics.

I offer Parent Training Classes. This class was developed for parents of children and teens with behavior and anxiety problems and is only available LIve Online. Parents will learn to use alternative skills and techniques to increase compliance, reduce rule-breaking behavior, and alleviate their child's anxiety symptoms. This 6-session course meets bi-weekly in an individual format.
