Kathleen is a Pediatric Psychotherapist with 23 years experience in the mental health field. She began her career in residential treatment, spent nearly a decade in school-based crisis counseling, and has now been in private practice since 2013. She works with kiddos as young as 5 up through college-age. Although her methodology behind the scenes is very clinical, her in-office style is very approachable, positive, promotes resiliency, and provides very practical coping strategies and tools to help combat the struggles of mental health. Before joining Ellie as an LPC, my career was anchored within the public school system as a parent, substitute teacher, special education teacher, psychological examiner, and school-based therapist. As an Art Therapist (ATR), I support the mental health needs of my clients through a balance of traditional therapeutic techniques (such as Cognitive Behavioral, Dialectical Behavior, Internal Family Systems, and Person-Centered therapies) and the creative, collaborative, and intuitive approach of Art Therapy. I work with clients from childhood through adulthood. My name is Audra Bell and I am a Psychotherapist certified as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I work with clients throughout Missouri via telehealth. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, or other life stressors using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Family Systems Theory. I find it most helpful to start where the client feels comfortable and work right away towards helping clients find progress and relief quickly.

I have had the honor of conducting professional counseling services since 2007 as an Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Missouri. I consider myself to be a mental health clinician. Client empowerment, rapport building, and a unique ability to teach clients to unlearn unhealthy coping skills and to relearn healthy coping skills are my strengths. Strong focus is given to emotional regulation and assessing emotional dis-regulation symptoms in clients. The use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is the treatment orientation I use the most with my clients.
