I am a spiritual being that is open to embracing dialogue around non-traditional ways of thinking and believing. Because the client-therapist is an important relationship, my goal is to provide a high-quality service to you that includes quick and responsive communication as well as a huge library of resources to give you the tools you need for an action based and humanistic therapy process. It is my mission to remind you who you really are- joyful, abundant, whole, sacred, creative, and wise. And use that knowing to reclaim your magic, intuition, power and belonging. I have extensive experience working with adolescents trying to find their way, people struggling with various addictions, individuals working through anxiety and/or depression, couples who need to resolve past hurts and develop tools for improved relational satisfaction, and many others.

Infertility sucks. There's no other way around it. Suddenly you're thrown into a new experience you probably never expected to have. You’re feeling alone, confused, scared, and anxious. Maybe you've been on this journey for several years and instead of success, you've been met with loss, grief, or frustration over failed treatments. Or maybe you're just getting started and feel anxious or scared of what's to come and what this will look and feel like. I am licensed in MO and KS allowing me to offer telehealth sessions throughout both states and in-person sessions for individuals in the KC metro. Available for immediate day and evening appointments. For over 15 years, I have worked with adults to help create long-term change, healing and transformation, instead of temporary band-aids. This is done by building a relationship of safety and acceptance, identifying the root cause of the problem, and provide the tools and techniques that best fit the circumstance.

I particularly enjoy working with those that are dealing with narcissism and the fall out it can have on our mental health and relationships. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I pride myself in looking at people as a whole as well as their parts. Finding a therapist can be hard, especially when you feel like no one really "gets" you. I'm hoping that's where I come in- I am a queer, autistic therapist passionate about working with other LGBTQIA+ and/or neurodivergent people that may struggle to find the right therapist for them, or who have felt unheard or invalidated by other mental health professionals. Currently, I am offering services to individuals age 12 and older, as well as families, couples, and diverse relationships.
