Welcome! I have a positive psychology approach that includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Reality Therapy and Art Therapy to support making progress in one's life and meeting personal goals. I treat the whole person and I am a Certified Mental Health Integrative Medicine Provider (CMHIMP) specializing in nutrition, circadian rhythm, detoxification, and relaxation techniques. I am also trained in Divorce Mediation. Divorce mediation is a process in which divorcing spouses negotiate an acceptable divorce agreement with the help of a neutral third party: the mediator.

I work with people who have trouble regulating emotion. I am skilled in several different types of therapy, however, I have a significant amount of advanced training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Gottman Method couples therapy. I tend to work with people who are experiencing depression, suicidal ideation, self harming behavior, trauma and anxiety. I focus on providing Autism assessments, ADHD assessment and treatment, clinical supervision and marathon therapy. I'm based in LSL now and offer telehealth for people located in Montana. My experience with helping individuals and families overcome difficult challenges is my passion. I believe that it easier to find and build upon one's strengths than it is to focus primarily on fixing problems. Much of my time in therapy is spent on discovering creative solutions rather than talking too long just about what is wrong.
