Brainspotting not only offers trauma healing and creative expansion: It can help you recover your connection to the authentic self that was shelved along the way.. The client-therapist relationship is very important in this process and one that begins at first contact. Though I practice at a Christian counseling center, religion and/or faith will not be a topic of discussion unless you initiate it. I'd be glad to hear from you.

I am at my best when helping people work through issues associated with grief, depression, anxiety, addiction, as well as marriage and relationship struggles. Working through some of the more uniquely modern struggles, such as screen and pornography addiction is also a focus of my practice. I also love pre-marital counseling.
