I have experience with adoption/attachment, to sexual trauma, to depression/anxiety, and/or substance abuse. I am LGBTQ+ affirming, knowledgeable about polyamorous relationships, as well as kink friendly. I am a fully licensed Clinical Social Worker Nationally Certified in the Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT) Model. Apollo is my sidekick. He has been certified by Dog Training Elite as a Certified Therapy Dog and joins in on sessions. I have extensive training and experience working with the child, youth, and adolescent populations, both as a mental health provider and as a high school sports coach, with a focus providing mood disorder and trauma focused treatment. I also work with young adults who have experienced childhood traumas and or are experiencing a time of personal transition with associated mood symptoms.

I graduated from the University of Michigan with my MSW in Interpersonal Practice and Mental Health in 2016. I am a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor. As a person in recovery from SUD and as a queer woman, I have a passion for working with addiction and with LGBTQ+ people. I create a safe space for complex issues. I am affirming of polyamorous, kinky, BDSM, and fetishes. As a survivor of trauma and Certified Complex Trauma Professional, I empower individuals to understand and heal from the effects of trauma and abuse. I value honesty, integrity, and respect. Sydney graduated from Wayne State University with a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a special focus in Art Therapy. Sydney is a fully licensed counselor. Sydney specializes in working with grief and loss issues, anxiety, alternative relationships, and she is an LGBTQIA+ friendly therapist. She works with children, adolescents, and adults and sees individuals, couples, and families. Maria Tovar-Ruiz is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LPC, LAADC) who has over 24 years of experience specializing in helping clients who are suffering from symptoms related to depression, anxiety, life transitions, women’s issues, trauma, relationship concerns, self-esteem, anger management. and substance use. She strives to create a relationship where you feel fully acknowledged, valued, and seen for the unique person that you are.

Glikeria (Ria) Mantis is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 9 years of experience in the mental health field. She is passionate about helping adults and seniors address their unique challenges and live more fulfilling lives. Ria specializes in major life transitions, aging, end-of-life/hospice issues, grief, loss, bereavement, addiction, substance use, depression, mood disorders, trauma, sexual abuse, anxiety, low-self esteem, women's issues, bipolar disorder, relationship concerns, and stress management. Ria completed her Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) at Eastern Michigan University.

Jennifer earned her Master's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from Wayne State University, and has several years of experience working with people from all backgrounds. Today Jennifer offers individual, couples, and families who experiencing hard times, or new obstacles.

Darlita Paulding is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who has 15 years of experience working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Darlita has assisted Individuals working through anger, depressive symptoms, anxiety, unhealthy relationships, low self-esteem, and stress. Darlita completed her Bachelor of Arts ( BA) in Psychology at Michigan State University and her Master of Arts (MA) in Counseling at Oakland University. She is a National Certified Counselor (NCC).

Rachel Wolf is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Michigan. She has over a decade of experience working with a widely diverse population of adults seeking help with depression, anxiety, substance abuse/addiction, sexuality, and life transitions. She also has experience working with those in alternative relationship structures (polyamory) and individuals in the LGBTQIA+ community. Rachel received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Master of Arts in Counseling from Oakland University.
