Leanne uses a variety of modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Narrative Therapy, and incorporating lifestyle changes. Leanne states that “our thoughts and feelings can be so powerful and at times feel very overwhelming. The good news is we can give some of these thoughts and feelings less power over us.” Leanne provides a welcoming and empathetic space to help clients heal, grow, and find peace within.

Sean is a Master’s Limited License Psychologist and outpatient therapist in Michigan who specializes in working with adults seeking help for mental health, trauma, and substance use issues, as well as those coping with chronic pain and chronic illness. Sean also specializes in working with children and adolescents (age 10+) with mental and behavioral health needs, as well as parents who have children with intellectual or developmental disabilities and/or behavioral health needs. Sean uses Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), and Written Exposure Therapy (WET) to meet your needs.
