Meghan Faust, LMSW, ACSW Through my work, I am committed to helping adolescents, adults, and families navigate a variety of challenges including depression, anxiety, mood disorders, grief and loss, ADHD, eating disorders, behavioral issues and other stressors that affect all of us at some time in our lives. I have 15 years of experience as a mental health therapist. I graduated with my Master's of Social Work from Michigan State University. I am part of the Academy of Certified Social Workers. Before starting private practice in 2013, I was a therapist for adjudicated youth for 5 years.

As a Lansing native and therapist, I have been fortunate to work alongside our diverse community of teens, couples and adults on a wide range of mental health issues. Some of these include anxiety, life stressors, trauma, bipolar disorder, eating disorders, relationship issues, depression, psychosis, overuse of technology, medical/pain disorders, grief and loss, insomnia, LGBTQ+ struggles, and pandemic adjustments. I strive to be an active partner in creating a collaborative and strength-based process to move through these issues, develop skills to cope more effectively and have improved lives.

Hello! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in Michigan with 16 years of experience. I have worked extensively with young and middle-aged adults on concerns ranging from depression, anxiety, substance abuse and trauma to eating disorders, relationship challenges and academic & career transition issues. I am an avid runner, former college athlete and spend lots of time outdoors with my family (husband and two boys aged 7 and 10) in all seasons kayaking, camping and skiing.

Coupled with a multi-cultural approach to understanding intersecting factors such as race, family, education, age, and life planning provides a multi-cultural lens highlighting each client is different, creating a more therapeutic environment.

Therapy takes a lot of trust, and Sara focuses time on building and cultivating rapport with each of her clients. Sara earned her bachelor's degree from Alma College, and her master's degree from Grand Valley State University. Sara has over 6 years of experience, and has worked in many settings, including home-based therapy, case management, family therapy and outpatient therapy.

Doctor of Nursing Practice with Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner specialty from Rush University Chicago, Illinois; experience in many capacities, including inpatient, outpatient, urgent care and emergency department psychiatric triage, assertive community treatment program, substance use disorders clinic, psychosocial rehabilitation, and neuromodulation clinic.

I have counseled individuals with developmental disabilities and those without. Specifically, with goal planning, vocational counseling, job development and disability management. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (since 1996) I have a Masters of Arts degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from Michigan State University. I retired in 2015 after 21 years as Senior Vocational Counselor at Community Mental Health here in Lansing, Michigan.

Hello. I have a passion for transforming challenging life issues with compassion, self-awareness and self love. My primary areas of interest include adolescents and adults who have difficulties with depression, anxiety, self-esteem and managing day to day stress. I also have experience working with adults who have a history of substance abuse. I believe that therapy is an influential journey that requires a partnership between both client and therapist. I incorporate a mindfulness approach to treatment and utilize acceptance and change strategies to help you reach your goals.

Marissa Havard is a Licensed Master Social Worker in Michigan who has been practicing since 2019. Marissa is a very energetic person who loves to get to know people. She believes that this has allowed her to connect with the children and teens she has worked with. Everyone has a unique story to tell, no matter their age. Marissa wants to help create a comfortable space to tell that story, whether it be through relaxation, examination of adverse childhood experiences, aspects of play/art therapy, Trauma Focused CBT, or movement.
