With almost a decade of experience working with clients experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life changes – I am confident psychotherapy can prompt us to discover new ways to deal with life’s difficult days.

My approach, which is intersectional, developmentally focused, and trauma-informed, helps you tap into the knowledge your body and emotions have for you, while developing skills so these feelings don’t overwhelm and take center stage.
