I focus primarily on evaluating children, adolescents and adults through Psychological or Psychoeducational Testing. Testing can I help people to discover their intellectual strengths and weaknesses, learning style, emotional triggers and better ways to deal with stress or confusion. In addition to diagnosing things like ADHD, Anxiety Disorders, Depression, Asperger's, Autism, Mood Disorders and Learning Disabilities (something most school systems are unable to do when testing students who are struggling), I can help kids and adults access the services (e.g., therapeutic, educational, vocational and/or pharmacological) that are most likely to improve the quality of their lives.

RVCC is a multi-service community-based mental health agency serving the Pioneer Valley since 1953. RVCC offers counseling and medication management at offices located in offices located in Holyoke, Chicopee, Easthampton, Springfield, and Westfield. RVCC also provides counseling in schools throughout Hampden and Hampshire Counties and on the campuses of Springfield Technical Community College and Bay Path University.

My name is Tamarra Aristilde. I am a proud mother, wife, Christian, a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, and the CEO of the TJocelyne Counseling & Consulting Clinic. My ideal client may be a child, adult, a couple or a family whose unmet emotional and behavioral needs are impacting their functioning in multiple relationship domains, and is contemplating changing their patterns of interactions, behaviors, and thoughts to regain or develop an optimal sense of agency in every aspect of their life. Engaging clients in search of solutions through the use of systemic therapies is my passion.

Are you wondering how to support your struggling child? Maybe you're a struggling young adult. I help children to young adults (ages 2-25) who have behavioral and emotional challenges through evidence-based treatment. Using a collaborative approach, compassion, and empathy, I identify the intervention that best meets your goals. During sessions, I create a friendly, warm, and welcoming atmosphere to help make clients comfortable and get the most out of therapy. By the end of treatment, I have seen clients leaving feeling more empowered, happier, and better equipped to cope with future challenges.

As a clinical psychologist, my goal is to support you, wherever you may be in your life. My individual work with adults has focused on finding meaning and balance, while supporting mental health needs. I work with children to address social and mental health issues, and I also attend to the child-caregiver connection.

From self criticism to self compassion. An open calm curious genuine exploration No shaming, no judgment only a question: What happened? What curve balls did life sent your way? My approach is holistic integrative and relational. If it works for you I will introduce you to a tool box of resources: somatic, energetic, EMDR, Flash etc as together we make sense of where you are now, what you are feeling, how to help you shift to a place of renewed empowerment and control, to be who you want to be and feel how you want to feel? A system/soul update to a renewed place of joy peace and harmony.

I offer a co-ed Relationship Group. Feel free to inquire more about how this kind of therapy can be quite useful. I do Individual, Couples, Family, and Group Therapy. I currently facilitate a Bereavement Group which meets at my Brookline office every Saturday from 2-4pm. I also run groups for substance abuse, depression and anxiety. In addition, I have a lot of experience counseling children of all ages. I am a firm believer in strength-based psychotherapy.
