As a licensed clinician, I believe in two fundamental truths. The first being "I believe in the possibility of change" and the second "I create a safe space to make that change". These beliefs help people heal and recover. As we develop in life, we all face transition and change. Some of these waters are difficult to navigate through and few of us can do so without a guide or support. I will support you so that you can see a clear path to your desired goals. "The purposes of a person's heart are deep waters, but one who has insight draws them out. " Prov 20:5
For the past ten years, my clinical experience has been focused on recovery from addiction with a specialization in grief. Re-learning the world, after experiencing a loss, has many layers. My approaches to treatment include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Person Centered Therapy with an emphasis on mindfulness.
If you are struggling with loss, anxiety, depression, or just feeling overwhelmed let me help you find relief. Together we can help you explore each step of your journey. Hope Heals.
