Healing Trauma: Herbs, God, and Psychotherapy
Trauma is defined not by the event, but by the way it impacts the individual's nervous system. Trauma resolution requires an integrative approach - Mind, Body, Spirit. In this group we explore and practice this approach. The tools are secure attachment; yoga in breath & body & mind; herbs & food; woman grounded spirituality; Love; Fear; & the wiring of the brain & nervous system that can either hurt or heal. Experiential, titrating to your nervous system so that you have fun AND heal.
