My goal is to help you overcome these obstacles to help you flourish. Whether it is anxiety, depression, anger or fear, I will work on determining what the underlying cause of the distress is. Counseling does not have to be long term. Many of my clients have had success over a short period of time in counseling while others have needed long term support.
