My clinical environment is warm and nurturing but I like to be productive in therapy. I want you to get better. My practice is very comfortable and relaxed. We try to make everyone feel welcome. I want you to feel like you are taking a momentary break from the stress of the world and taking some deep breaths. I am currently taking nursing school classes completing my requirements for my doctorate in Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. My degree is in children and families. I am ready for whatever you have to bring to treatment year 27! I have seen clients from ages 4 to 91. I was Chief Human Rights officer for SSMH.

I have been working in private practice since 1985. I provide therapy for adolescents and adults. I am a provider with low vision. This does not interfere with my clinical abilities, but does prevent me from working with children and families. My services are generally short-termed, and solution-oriented. I can offer a wide variety of treatment strategies and tailor services to specific needs. My clients participate in forming treatment plans and goals. I offer feedback, constructive suggestions and techniques. Client satisfaction is important to me. I look forward to working with you.

She has worked in the mental health field for 20 years in many capacities.

I am equally comfortable using humor, and sitting with challenging emotions, and believe it is important to have both throughout the therapy process.

Daniel utilizes numerous modalities in his work, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Humanistic, and Motivational Interviewing.

Samantha Dittrich provides individual and couple therapy using a variety of evidence-based treatment models. Depending on clients' needs, treatment modalities include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy; Emotionally Focused Therapy; Trauma-Focused Therapy (ARC), mindfulness skills and stress management techniques, and communication skills techniques. Her areas of speciality include, but are not limited to, depressive disorders, anxiety and trauma-related disorders, stress-related disorders, and ADHD.

I very much understand that developing this part of oneself can be difficult, as we live in a society that greatly profits from our dislike of ourselves. Despite this challenge, I strongly believe that we all have the capacity to overcome this and develop this skill set.
