Crying easily, worrying, and feeling alone, angry, overwhelmed, and sad are all common signs of depression and anxiety. I want you to know you are not alone. It is my desire to assist you in learning how to respond appropriately to triggers for better emotional control and to address unresolved trauma that has left you feeling low, empty, and ashamed. Nikky Redpath is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Louisiana. She has over 15 year of experience counseling children and adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, personal issues, attention deficit hyperactivity, behavioral issues, self-esteem, and grief and loss. Nikky completed her Bachelors in Psychology and her Masters in Education focusing in Human Services Counseling both at the University of New Orleans.

My focus is helping clients connect the physical and emotional components of healing. I am trained in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction which is an evidence-based practice that teaches clients to cope with pain, anxiety, sleep, stress, addiction, and depression. I have worked with individuals and families for over 9 years and have seen the physical toll that emotions can take on a person’s life. My hope is to guide my patients back to a healthier lifestyle through a combination of approaches. I believe that every individual is unique and will design each treatment plan according to the client’s goals.

Shavon Hall is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Louisiana, who has 7 years of experience providing services to adolescents, children and families, and adults seeking help with: managing depression, anxiety, life transitions, relationship conflict, chronic illness, and end of life issues. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Northwestern State University of Louisiana and received her Master of Social Work degree from Stephen F. Austin State University.

Stephanie B. Dean, MA, LPC, is a psychotherapist with experience and training in women’s issues, substance abuse, depression, anxiety, attention-deficit disorders, family-of-origin issues, self-esteem, and more. She possesses a Master of Arts Degree in Professional Counseling from Liberty University and is the founder of Greater Bogalusa Community Center, a nonprofit, human services organization in Bogalusa, LA. Stephanie. Dean possesses special skills and experience in working with patients to uncover core issues and get to the “root of the problem”, especially in cases in which feelings of extreme guilt or shame are involved.

I work with teenagers, adults, and couples. As a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist, my primary focus involves working with those that struggle with sex addiction, pornography, infidelity, and the resulting difficulties. I also work with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. My therapeutic approach involves understanding individuals as a part of the larger systems the exist within (marriage, family, work, etc.).

I have 12 years of experience in mental health working as a counselor, crisis therapist, counselor supervisor, and case manager. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, anger struggles, interpersonal problems and ADHD. I also helped many people who have experienced adverse childhood experiences such as abuse or neglect.
