My goal for you is to live your best life. I want my clients to live life according to what they value and enjoy, not avoid what they fear or are unsure of. I want to help my clients to overcome the burdens anxiety and depression have had on family, work, school, and relationships. My focus is on individuals with anxiety and/ or diagnosed anxiety disorders with or without depression.
Utilizing the evidence-based treatments of CBT, ACT, mindfulness, exposure with response prevention, and energy psychology, I will assist you wi the most challenging struggles. When children come for anxiety treatment, we frequently engage in play along with cognitive restructuring, increasing distress tolerance, and emotion regulation.
One factor unique to treatment is my 2 therapy dogs, Chive and Haole. Chive is a toy Yorkshire Terrier who loves work and playing ball. Haole is a Great Pyrenees poodle mix that cuddles and gives great comfort. www.perspectivespsychservices.com
