I provide Telehealth only. I have experience working with individuals, couples, and families. I have been a therapist in community mental health, private practice, and the public school system which has provided me the opportunity to gain a broad range of experience in serving diverse populations. I have pursued post licensure training and/or certifications in EMDR, Gottman level 1&2 couples therapy, CBT, and Prepare & Enrich to develop more tools to enhance the therapy process for my clients. Hi, I'm Jessica Andres, a Marriage and Family Associate working with individuals, and couples. I am taking Telehealth appointments only. I have the goal of creating a trusting therapeutic relationship and environment with all clients. While walking with individuals to find ways to improve their mental health and live their best lives. I use a client-centered, strength-based approach. I believe in people and their resiliency for healing, and finding joy, peace, and happiness. My clinical interests are working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, healing from sexual abuse, and improving relationships.

Life can be stressful and throw us curves, from job to relationships to children to parent/elder care to grief and loss. Using the client's special/ unique skills, I work collaboratively to solve existing problems. With over 25 years of experience, I especially enjoy working with families and couples of all ages. I also work with Domestic Violence perpetrators and victims, with the goal of the perpetrator becoming a nonviolent, respectful partner and/or parent.

I have a myriad of experience using art therapy, CBT, DBT, and holistic integrative approaches for adults and children that have struggles with trauma, self-awareness, coping skills, mood regulation, parenting, relationships, family and work struggles. I believe that everyone could receive help from having a space dedicated for them to work on emotional issues ranging from minor to extreme emotional stress.
