Hello, I'm Kristina! I believe wellness has different definitions and paths for each person, and I love being a part of my clients' journey in creating, adjusting, and respecting that picture. My concept of quality therapy includes discovery, personally defined healing, creating new connections, and finding ways to take self-compassionate action. I enjoy art, media, and literature and integrate this into my work whenever possible. Clients and colleagues have described me as calm, compassionate, curious, and a bit nerdy. I embrace these identities in my role and enjoy working with a variety of communities and identities.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and the owner of Unlimited Possibilities, LLC, Counseling Services. I provide caring and compassionate therapeutic services as well as consultation services for organizations and groups who provide care and support to victims and families of trauma. My approach to therapy is to provide a safe and caring space for clients as they work to overcome the obstacles in their lives. I strive to empower them with helpful resources that bring understanding to their situation. Also I help clients to identify their strengths in order to achieve your dreams, goals and aspirations.

My ideal client is open to therapy and has a willingness to face the difficult feelings that come up. I especially enjoy working with the LGBTQ+ population including those working through the issues society places on transgendered individuals.

We are accepting new clients and have in-person and remote availability. When we started Pillars we quickly realized that to best help our clients we needed to partner with clinicians with diverse backgrounds and skills. We have remained steadfast in our efforts to create a team of clinicians with a varied specializations, so that we can be sure to effectively serve our clients and our community.

Thomas "Tom" Walters is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Indiana and Massachusetts who has over 10 years of experience partnering with adolescents, adults, and couples seeking help with depression, anxiety, substance use, post-traumatic stress disorder, trauma, problematic sexual behaviors, and relationship issues. He provides a creative, intentional, and professional treatment setting, always meeting clients where they are in their journey.

I have always had a desire for understanding feelings and behaviors as well as to assist individuals with understanding their own feelings and behaviors. Many clients want to understand why they struggle with certain disorders, or even how they can even begin to move forward.

Audrey Goddard is licensed in the state of Indiana as a Mental Health Counselor and has over 7 years of experience. She enjoys working with a variety of clients who have varying needs.

Kristina Turner is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) who has 11 years of experience in the mental health field. Kristina has worked in a variety of clinical settings including state hospitals treating chronic mental illnesses. She has experience in clinical outpatient settings focusing on the treatment of personality disorders and mood disorders such as depression, anxiety, as well as trauma. Kristina’s most recent experience is in helping others overcome addiction through medical detox, rehabilitation, and recovery-based group therapy.

There is no such thing as an ideal client. That is too boring. The way I do therapy is relaxed. I am not your average therapist, and I am not going to be like, "How does that make you feel?" but I am going to say, "What up! How are we doing today?" I never stop learning, and when you have me as a therapist, you will see that you will fall back in love with learning. Overall, I am just honored you allowed me to help you! I have 30+ years experience serving as a Marriage & Family Therapist (MFT). I specialize in various types of trauma and grief counseling for those dealing with pain/loss.

Teri Wilder is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LHMC) who has 13 years of experience in major mental illness, as well as, anxiety, depression, and trauma. Teri has worked with teens and adults who are dealing with many concerns that vary from family dynamics, work-related concerns, eating disorders, personality disorders, and ADHD.

I work best with folks who are seeking practical effective solutions to their personal, family or relationships problems and who would like to see results as quickly as possible. They are open to learning new ways of thinking about their problems and are receptive to new approaches. You can generally count on leaving your first session confident that I understand the problems you have presented and have clear formulations and concrete solutions to offer. Half of my cases are closed in under six sessions, most with good and lasting results.
